Repair Warranty
  • Repairs are warranted to be in working order at the time of shipment, unless otherwise specified.
  • Requests for warranty repairs must be within 30 days and should not exceed, so please test each board within that period to confirm its functionality.
New Board Warranty
All products manufactured by Systronic Systems are fully guaranteed against defects in components and workmanship for a period of one year from date of original shipment to you, not from the date you install it - so please, install each board immediately after receiving to verify that it functions properly. Systronic Systems warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at Systronic Systems option, of any product, which fails due to faulty materials or workmanship.

Returns
No new products purchased from Systronic Systems should be returned for credit without prior return authorization, which may be obtained by telephone from Systronic Systems sales department. Items returned for credit are subject to a 15% restocking charge and will be accepted only if in new condition and in original packaging. A copy of the original packing slip or invoice must accompany items. Items returned as defective should be returned within 30 days of authorization. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
Insurance and Product Damage
Systronic Systems maintains a blanket insurance policy on all goods in transit.
Purchaser should:
  • Inspect shipment upon receipt.
  • Immediately report damages to common carrier.
  • Preserve packaging materials involved until advised to release them by carrier’s representative.
  • Advise Systronic Systems customer service department of damage as soon as possible.
